New Features
1. Possibility to Create Lists of Entries from other Sites
Users now have the ability to create lists of entries across multiple sites, empowering them to consolidate and manage information from different sources efficiently. This feature enables users to seamlessly add entries from both their respective site and other accessible sites, facilitating comprehensive list creation for various purposes.
2. Possibility to View the Folder Path in Asset Management Hub
Users now have the ability to view the complete structural hierarchy of folders within the Asset Management Hub interface. When accessing a folder or subfolder, users will see a clear representation of the associated folders at the top of the Assets interface. This enhancement streamlines navigation and simplifies asset management by providing users with a visual overview of folder paths, enabling easy asset location and management within their respective folder structures.
3. Possibility to “Save the view” after Table Customization
Improvements have been made to the Table Customization in the Entries Listing. Users can now save their customized column views, in addition to the existing ability to save filtered views. The most recent column customization will also be saved in the user's local storage, enhancing ease of use and personalization.
4. Possibility to add an Entry in a List via Quick Button
To streamline the process of saving entries in a list, users can now utilize the "Quick Buttons" functionality in the Entries Listing. This addition enables users to efficiently save entries to a list directly from the listing view, enhancing productivity and organization.
General Improvements
1. Required Fields are identified in the Entry
Users now have the ability to easily identify required fields in the Entry Editor before publishing an entry. This new improvement streamlines the editing process by enabling editors to quickly locate and complete the necessary fields prior to publishing.
2. Publish the Unpublished Entries in the Reference Block
The functionality to publish unpublished entries referenced in the Reference Block in Rich Content has been added, similar to the existing capability for the Reference Field. This enhancement simplifies the publishing workflow for editors, allowing them to choose whether or not to include unpublished referenced entries.
3. Additional Information in Assets in Media Field
A new enhancement in the Media Field of the entry now enables users to access additional details of added assets. By clicking the expand icon at the top of the Media Field, users can view information such as Caption, Created Date, Source, Author, and Tags. Furthermore, users can now edit the captions of media files exclusively at the entry level.
4. Lock Duration Configuration
In the model's "Lock Duration" section, users can now manually configure the duration (in minutes) for which an entry will remain locked after the user's last activity. This improvement provides users with more flexibility and control over entry locking based on their specific needs.
5. Delete the Entry Versions
The ability to delete specific versions of an entry has been introduced in the right Side Panel. Users now have the option to remove unnecessary or outdated versions, eliminating clutter and simplifying version management tasks.
